Global Resource Manager for the SCPT program, which entails the transition from SAP R/3 ECC to S4/HANA globally. Securing that we have the right resources in place at the right time for both internal as well as external resources (Suppliers, System Integrators etc). Also fully accountable for the related Budget Management and Forecasting.

Horizontal Testing Workstream Leader, including coordination and governance of Testing Tools (Panaya, ServiceNow, PowerBI,...), leading a team of (internal and external) resources for Test- and Defect Management through a total of 7 major Project Phases. Special focus on SAP SLO / NZDT / LTVF tools for Data migration and validation.

Work Process and Solution Transformation for management of Product Master Data from Initiative Inception to external publication to data pools (atrify/GS1). Strong focus on launch of Data Quality Excellence Service with other industry and trade partners and Initiative Readiness Gates tracking and issue remediation.

Global Release Manager for the evolution of the selected JDA/BlueYonder next generation Warehousing solution, including influencing the vendor’s strategic product direction, managing required custom developments and work with integration vendors to validate solution and deliver it to implementation teams for deployment

Global Program Manager for the Transformation of our entire global SAP landscape, including Infrastructure, Storage and Computing Projects, Application Management and Operations Procedures and Innovation in the areas of Cloud, Mobility and Big Data (HANA)

Global Initiative Leader for a discovery effort in the area of End-to-End Material Planning, including Material Volume Forecasting, Site Integrated Planning, Material Supply Management, Supplier Collaboration & Connectivity, Material Price & Cost Forecasting.
